AUTO1 Group is rapidly growing in the Nordics and is currently building a brand-new logistics center in Arlandastad. Here, our cars are collected for delivery, inspection, and further transport to customers across Europe. We are now seeking someone who wants to be part of the start-up and ensure smooth daily operations.
As Vehicle and Logistics Coordinator, you will have a central role in the daily activities at the logistics center. You will be responsible for receiving and managing cars arriving at the logistics center, ensuring correct registration in our systems, and making sure each vehicle is ready for the next process step. The work is varied and involves both practical tasks among the vehicles and simple administrative duties related to delivery, reception, and inventory.
You will ensure that the right customer receives the right car, prepare deliveries, and handle simple technical tasks such as changing tires, jump-starting a car, or charging a battery. Advanced mechanical knowledge is not required, but you should have a good understanding of cars, either through previous work in the automotive industry or a strong personal interest.
You will be part of a three-person team in our newly opened logistics center, and also part of the larger Operations team located at the main office in Alviks Strand. Additionally, we have several other departments in the Arlandastad area, providing excellent opportunities for cross-team collaboration and development.
The position is a full-time employment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be directly employed by AUTO1.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is responsible, practically minded, and has a genuine interest in cars. You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, think independently, and contribute to the smooth running of the business. To succeed in the role, you should have basic vehicle technical knowledge, either from personal interest or previous work experience. Furthermore, you are service-oriented, solution-focused, and easily collaborate with both colleagues and customers. As many of our customers are international, good English skills are required. A valid driver's license (B-license) is mandatory.
