Deltaskolan in Handen is seeking a Librarian for Grades 7-9 - part-time position, 10%

Deltaskolan is an independent school located in Handen (Haninge municipality), offering three profiles: Well-being, English, Mathematics, and Sports (football & handball). The institution strives to create the best learning environment for students and provides them with the best opportunities to achieve the knowledge goals of compulsory education. Based on this foundation, Deltaskolan aims to become one of Sweden's best schools in terms of knowledge and order. We limit the number of students in each class to approximately 20 in order to offer the best possible learning environment.
The Sports & Health profile is for students who are interested in sports and active in a sports club. Students can choose between two focuses: Football & Handball. In addition to regular sports education, students can train in their chosen sport two times a week. The Well-being profile is designed for students who are interested in sports but are not active in a sports club and wish to take care of their well-being in other ways. The Mathematics and English profiles are intended for students who want to further develop their skills in these subjects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and encourage students in their journey of reading and writing.
QUALIFICATIONS
• You should enjoy working with teenagers and possess the ability to inspire students.
• You are someone who provides constructive suggestions for solutions.
• Experience as a sports leader/coach is a merit.
• You are a graduated Librarian with experience in schools and with youth.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Duration: Project employment, 10%
