Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment where there are numerous development opportunities. Initially, this is a consulting assignment for 12 months through Unik Resurs, with a very good chance of extension. We conduct continuous selection, which means that the position may be filled before the application deadline. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking an engaged BI Developer who wants to contribute to enhancing our journey towards a more data-driven organization. You will be part of a competent team that brings together various expertise to support the business with data, insights, and effective decision-making tools. We work closely with our internal clients, which provides a deep understanding of the operations and creates strong networks within the organization. The role is suitable for you who thrive in a fast-paced environment where deliveries are made quickly while maintaining quality. Since the team consists of both Swedish-speaking and English-speaking colleagues, we naturally switch between Swedish and English in our daily work. **Your Main Responsibilities** - Design and develop intuitive dashboards in Power BI based on internal customer needs - Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to gather, understand, and prioritize user stories - Coach and guide clients towards clear and user-friendly BI solutions - Collaborate with data engineers to define backend solution requirements - Ensure quality and efficiency by applying best practices in data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design **Your Profile** We are looking for someone who has: - At least 5 years of experience in BI development, preferably with a focus on Power BI - Deep knowledge of Power BI and experience working practically with internal clients - Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with different business areas and their challenges - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - An analytical and problem-solving approach - Good social competence and a desire to contribute to the team's development **Become a part of Unik Resurs – Your career and development are our priority!** We value each individual's unique competencies and commitment.
