About the Position
As a BI Developer, you will work closely with internal clients and other stakeholders to understand their needs and transform them into clear and effective solutions in Power BI. You will be an important part of a cross-functional team that works on developing and improving the organization's decision support systems.
We operate in an environment where the demand for our services is high, which means we are constantly striving to deliver quickly and with high quality. Since the team is international, the work is conducted in both Swedish and English.
Your Main Responsibilities
• Design and develop user-friendly dashboards in Power BI based on internal clients' needs
• Gather, understand, and prioritize user stories in close dialogue with stakeholders
• Coach internal clients towards simple and clear BI solutions
• Collaborate with data engineers to define requirements for backend solutions
• Apply best practices in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design
Who You Are
• Solid experience with Power BI
• Experience collaborating with various types of stakeholders and quickly understanding their challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
