Your Upcoming Role
As a BI Specialist, You'll Become a Central Part of a New, Growing Team Where Competencies in Data, Analysis, Customer Insight, and UX are Brought Together for the First Time. Together with Colleagues Such as Data Scientists, CRM Analysts, Web Analysts, and Business Analysts, You'll Create the Conditions for Making Better and Faster Fact-Based Decisions.
You'll Be Responsible for Developing Report Structures, Dashboards, and Visualizations That Make Complex Information Comprehensible and Useful. You'll Work Closely with the Business, Collaborating with Product Owners, Business Developers, and Managers to Understand Needs and Translate Them into Effective BI Solutions.
The Role Includes:
* Developing and Managing Reports, Dashboards, and Decision Support in Power BI
* Ensuring Data Quality and Structure in Reporting
* Identifying Trends, Patterns, and Insights That Drive Business Development
* Supporting Users in the Organization to Work More Data-Driven
* Contributing to Establishing Common Working Methods, Definitions, and Tools Together with IT and Other Support Functions

Expectations of the Candidate We Seek
We're Looking for Someone Who Combines Technical Competence with Curiosity and Business Understanding. You Enjoy Transforming Data into Something That Creates Value for Both the Business and the Customer.
We Believe You Have:
* Academic Degree in Systems Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Equivalent
* At Least Five Years of Experience in BI and Analysis Work, Preferably in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
* Knowledge of SQL, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing
* Experience Working Closely with the Business and Understanding Operational Needs
* Ability to Communicate Complex Correlations in a Simple and Engaging Manner
* Experience with Large Organizations, Central BI Teams, and Cloud Platforms Like Azure or AWS is Meritorious
