**Job Description**
We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Accounts Assistant to support the finance department at Bewi Packaging in its daily operations. This role is suitable for you if you have some experience in finance and enjoy working broadly with both accounts receivable and payable as well as administrative tasks. Here is a selection of the tasks you can expect to work with:
• Accounts receivable and payable
• Invoicing, incoming and outgoing payments
• Ongoing bookkeeping and account coding
• Contact with suppliers and internal departments
• Support to customer service in invoicing inquiries
• Digital mail management and assistance during year-end closing
You will be employed by NearYou with an assignment at Bewi Packaging. The position is initially part-time at 50-80%, with good possibilities for extension to full-time.
**Qualifications**
You do not need to have extensive experience — the most important qualities are that you are precise, responsible, and have a good head on your shoulders. You thrive on handling multiple tasks simultaneously and enjoy the variety of working both independently and in a team.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a high school education in economics (or equivalent)
• Has an interest or some knowledge in finance
• Is structured, positive, and easy to collaborate with
• Has good computer skills and can easily adapt to new systems
**Meritorious:**
• Post-secondary education in economics
• Preferably has experience as an accounts assistant, but this is not a requirement
• Experience with Visma
