About the Job
As a concrete worker at our customer, you'll become an important part of producing concrete sleepers – the robust concrete elements that form the foundation of railway tracks across the country. You'll typically work in teams of two, where collaboration, precision, and responsibility are key to success.
We're seeking someone who wants to work, is present, and can step up when needed. We value reliability – we need employees who are on-site every day and enjoy physical, hands-on work.
Note: The factory is located in Långviksmon.
If you live outside the area, it's important to be prepared to commute daily by car, as public transportation is limited.
Your Work Responsibilities:
• Formwork & Casting – create and fill molds for concrete sleepers
• Reinforcement – install reinforcement according to drawings
• Finishing & Grinding – work with angle grinders and other equipment
• Crane Operation – previous experience is advantageous
• Hot Work & Forklift Driving – training is a plus (can be arranged on-site)
You'll receive on-site training in tension development and other aspects – we'll ensure you grow in the role.
Work Hours:
• 05:00 – 13:30
• 05:30 – 14:00
• 07:00 – 15:30
We seek people who can be flexible with hours and enjoy full-time on-site work.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
• Has experience in concrete, construction, or industry (advantageous but not required)
• Has forklift/crane certification or hot work training – or is willing to learn
• Is precise, reliable, and eager to work
• Wants to work in a team, takes responsibility, and supports colleagues
• Enjoys physical work
• Can commute 30-60 km daily if needed
