About the Position
We are currently seeking concrete workers for a modern production facility where our client is a leading player in manufacturing complete structural solutions for construction projects across Sweden. Here, you will become part of a close-knit team responsible for the entire manufacturing process, from blueprint to finished concrete elements.
This is a long-term position and is a temp-to-perm recruitment through Montico, where the right candidate will be offered direct employment with the client after a period of temporary work. The position is full-time and scheduled during daytime hours.
Job Description
In the role of concrete worker, you will work indoors in our client's production hall. The work begins with cutting and processing various materials, primarily insulation and reinforcement. You will then build molds from wood or steel, where reinforcement and other details are assembled into the segments. As a final step, you will prepare for casting and ensure that everything is correct, also participating in the actual casting of the concrete elements.
Since this work is based on blueprints, precision and technical understanding are required, as well as a strong focus on safety, as quality and a secure work environment are always priorities. You will work closely with your colleagues in a team where collaboration and flexibility are integral parts of daily operations to efficiently solve tasks.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in concrete work, carpentry, or another craft profession
• Is physically resilient and enjoys practical work
• Has good technical understanding and interest in construction production
• Is self-motivated but also a team player
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
• Forklift/Crane certification
• Experience in the construction/concrete industry
• Experience with welding methods MMA/MIG
