We have been building houses in concrete since time immemorial. It required physical ability and a knack for problem-solving. This remains true today; however, the process has modernized, and we now produce prefabricated concrete elements that are then transported and assembled at each construction site. Much of the work is carried out in teams, meaning you will always have a colleague nearby to collaborate with.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Formwork
• Reinforcement
• Casting of concrete elements
Background and Personal Qualities
We prefer candidates with a background in construction, civil engineering, or manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of numbers and reading blueprints
• Flexible and enjoys working in a team
To be suitable for the position, you should enjoy physical work, be meticulous, adaptable to new tasks, and able to quickly find solutions to problems that may arise.
