About this role
At the Swedish Migration Agency, we are working on one of the major societal issues of our time – migration. We are approximately 6,000 individuals here, and we have an exceptionally important job!
We are looking for decision-makers for the reception and return center in Flen.
With us, you will work on current societal issues that are influenced by what is happening in our surroundings. Issues that matter and engage. We offer a dynamic work environment where continuous improvement and interaction with people are at the forefront.
The center is a new type of workplace. You will work on issues that matter and engage in a dynamic environment characterized by interaction with people and influenced by what is happening in our surroundings. It is also an environment marked by continuous learning and participation, where we, through co-location, have better conditions to work closely together across professions in the asylum process. We are also close to the asylum seekers as we work where they reside. This allows us to work more efficiently and create a safer environment for the asylum seekers. When you work at the center, you become part of the journey towards a new and reformed asylum reception.
Feel free to listen to our employees who share their experiences working at the reception and return center [here](https://www.migrationsverket.se/om-migrationsverket/jobba-hos-oss/vi-som-jobbar-har.html#podcast).
