Quality Assurance, Decisions, and Communication As a decision-maker, you will determine the repayment of identified overpayments. Those handling cases within the refund area will propose decisions that you will quality assure. In your work with refunds, you will encounter individuals who may have received compensation from Försäkringskassan on incorrect grounds, either knowingly or unknowingly, and may therefore be liable for repayment. This means you will communicate decisions about repayment to individuals who may be in a financially difficult situation. You are responsible for explaining the decision in a simple, clear, and structured manner so that it is easy to understand. Therefore, you ensure that the decision you make is legally secure and comprehensible for the insured. In your role, you contribute to providing individuals with the means to feel in control and secure in their interactions with Försäkringskassan. You will communicate with insurance case handlers both by phone and in writing. Your work will also involve processing decisions regarding corrections and amendments to decisions within the refund area. You will stay updated on the current legal situation and collaborate not only with those handling individual cases but also with specialists, business developers, and local managers. The position involves handling confidential information, which requires a high standard of proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, as a prospective employee, have a strong sense of security. This is a job for those who want to take responsibility. We are looking for someone who: • has a university degree or experiences and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent • acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results • can understand and analyze complex issues • collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals • has strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing • has worked in a government agency with qualified case handling and made decisions that have impacted individuals. It is advantageous if you: • have substantial experience in efficient case handling with high quality • possess good competence and expertise in refunds and social insurance • have a solid understanding of administrative law • have good knowledge of how to professionally engage with people • have experience in educational supervision or equivalent experience.
