What matters is that you have a strong interest in heavy vehicles, a service-oriented mindset, and a desire to contribute to increased traffic safety in Sweden. **Your Responsibilities** As a vehicle inspector, you will conduct thorough and safety-focused vehicle inspections while creating a positive experience for our customers through clear and pleasant communication. You will contribute to a safe working environment through collaboration and accountability, encountering a varied workday filled with technical challenges and customer contact. **From Vehicle Enthusiast to Certified Technician** To succeed in your new role, you will receive extensive foundational training that will certify you as a vehicle inspector. Throughout and after the training, you will always have support from trainers, mentors, and your manager before you are ready to work independently. We are looking for someone who: - Has a genuine interest in vehicles and technology - Has a keen eye for detail and enjoys working according to established safety requirements - Is committed to continuous education and knowledge development - Is skilled at building and maintaining good customer relationships - Thrives in a dynamic work environment and can quickly adapt to changes - Speaks and writes Swedish fluently - Has good vehicle knowledge and technical competence - Holds a category B driving license (manual) - Holds a category C driving license **Meritorious:** Work experience and/or education in vehicle technology, sales, and service. A driving license for additional vehicle types, such as buses, is also an advantage. **About the Position** We offer full-time positions, starting with a six-month probationary period, after which it will transition to a permanent position. Working hours are varied and scheduled across all days of the week, including evenings and weekends.
