We are now seeking an experienced inspector for a consulting assignment at our client in Stockholm. The assignment starts immediately and initially runs for three months with the possibility of extension. Here you will have an independent and responsible role in a housing company focused on quality, security, and satisfied tenants.
About the Assignment
As an inspector, you are responsible for conducting inspections and ensuring the technical condition of properties. You will work closely with property managers and technicians and play a crucial role in ensuring that housing and premises maintain high standards and meet applicable requirements.
Example Work Tasks:
• Plan, conduct, and follow up maintenance inspections according to established plan
• Ensure continuous property maintenance and progressive improvement of standards
• Update property systems with completed actions and inspection results
• Conduct billing and follow-up for excessive wear
• Contribute to minimizing vacancy times through efficient inspection planning and follow-up
• Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants throughout the inspection process to create high customer satisfaction
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone who is structured, meticulous, and communicative, with an eye for detail and genuine commitment to quality. You have the ability to work independently, plan and follow up on your work, and build good relationships with both colleagues and tenants.
Qualifications:
• Post-secondary education in property management or construction technology
• Certification in apartment inspection
• Several years of experience in the property industry
• Experience with apartment and maintenance inspections
• Good knowledge of rental law
• Proficiency with digital systems (e.g., Vitec, INSIKT, Teams, Office package)
• Swedish language skills in speech and writing
• Driver's license (B-class)
Additional training in damage management, building regulations, or rental legislation is considered meritorious.
