Your Role
We are now seeking a substitute for rock work involving bolting and loading, where you will become an important part of our daily underground operations at the Garpenberg mine. You are responsible and always work to ensure a safe and secure work environment, while working towards our common goals for efficient and reliable production. We are looking for an engaged and curious individual who goes the extra mile in their work while valuing colleagues and contributing to good collaboration and participation.
Your Team
You will be part of an experienced and collaborative team where safety, quality, and team spirit are at the center. Together, you will work to achieve high production goals and create a sustainable work environment. Teamwork and strong cohesion are a given.
Your Tasks
In this role, you will work with bolting or tunnel loading depending on previous experience. The work is done mechanically with a Sandvik/Robolt 512. You will also be involved in other work activities related to our operations, while actively contributing to maintaining safety routines and improvement efforts. Working hours are 7-7 day/night shift.
Your Contribution:
• High school education
• Experience in underground work
• Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Class B driver's license
Meriting:
• Experience with tunnel loading
• Mechanical bolt installation, especially with Sandvik/Robolt 512
• Additional training in mining or blasting
