**The Role of Preparedness Coordinator**
As a Preparedness Coordinator, you will work at a strategic level to strengthen Region Jönköping County's ability to handle crises and heightened preparedness. You will play a central role in coordinating, developing, and monitoring the region's work in preparedness and security protection.
In your role, you will:
- Coordinate and develop Region Jönköping County's preparedness.
- Plan and develop the region's command centers.
- Develop work related to security protection and signal protection.
- Conduct training and lectures to raise the knowledge level in the field of preparedness.
This position is a permanent full-time employment based in Jönköping. The role involves travel and requires a valid driver's license (B). As the position is classified under security regulations, Swedish citizenship and a successful security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) are required prior to employment.

**Your Profile**
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a university degree in crisis preparedness, political science, business development, or other education deemed equivalent.
- Has experience in strategic development work.
- Has experience working with preparedness, civil defense, or security protection.
- Has experience in signal protection.
- Has strong pedagogical skills and can convey knowledge clearly and inspiringly.
- Is structured, network-oriented, and has an easy time building trusting relationships.
