The position is located in the Quality and Development unit, which works across the administration and supports all operational areas within the social and care administration. The unit is responsible for quality development, systematic improvement work, IT and digitalization, as well as security. JOB DESCRIPTION As the Process Leader for Staff and Security, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing the administration's work in security, crisis preparedness, alarm systems, and staff management during special events. The role combines strategic development work with operational responsibility for staff management and crisis management. You will be the administration's contact person for security issues and provide support to management and operations in both planning and implementing preparedness measures. - Coordinate and develop the administration's security and preparedness work as well as information security. - Act as the staff manager during special events, leading and following up on staff work. - Be responsible for alarm systems, access routines, and security technology. - Establish and update continuity plans, security routines, and action plans. - Conduct and follow up on risk and vulnerability analyses (RVA). - Train and exercise managers and employees in crisis preparedness, security, and threat and violence situations. - Be the contact person for POSOM and participate in the municipality's security network and coordination forum. - Provide strategic support to the administration's management in security and preparedness matters. QUALIFICATIONS You have a relevant academic degree, for example in security and preparedness, community protection, crisis management, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. We expect you to have several years of experience working with security, crisis preparedness, or staff work, preferably within the public sector. You have experience leading and coordinating processes or development work that requires structure, analysis, and collaboration among multiple stakeholders. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of relevant legislation and regulations. Experience leading in critical situations or collaborating with external actors is an advantage. A driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement for the position. You have the ability to work both strategically and operationally, translating planning into practical implementation. You work systematically with risk assessment, follow-up, and improvement work, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. You have good collaboration skills, high integrity, and enjoy creating order and stability in complex contexts. You are strategic and see the big picture, but can also act quickly and operationally when the situation demands it.
