Göteborg District Court is one of Sweden's largest district courts, with approximately 250 employees. The court comprises six adjudicating case departments and one administrative department. **Job Description**
As a preparation lawyer, you will work in one of the court's six case departments, focusing primarily on the preparation of dispositive civil cases. You may also be involved in the preparation of other types of cases and matters, as well as provide legal support to the secretariat. Your tasks will include making decisions during the preparation phase, conducting legal investigations, and, to some extent, serving as the chairperson during oral preparations. The role also entails extensive oral and written communication with parties and representatives.
**Qualifications**
Candidates must be certified as a trainee lawyer at a district court. You should possess very good legal knowledge, primarily in civil law. Experience in legal work at another authority or in the private sector is advantageous. You must be able to work independently and result-oriented, be meticulous, and have a collaborative spirit with good verbal and written communication skills.

**Employment Conditions**
One or more positions are available. The positions are either permanent or temporary employment. All positions are full-time. Any permanent employment will begin with a six-month probationary period.
