About the Position
This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for full-time recruitment. Initially, you'll be employed by Bravura, with NOTE Lund explicitly intending to offer you employment with them in the long term. This preparation specialist position is located in Lund, where they have a factory with approximately 100 employees. They focus on high precision, sustainability, and customer-tailored solutions, making them a reliable partner in electronic production.
Job Responsibilities
As a preparation specialist, you'll work with preparing products in NOTE's system based on customer documentation. Your role is central in the project group, where you are responsible for two main areas: entering items into the business system and creating clear, usable instructions.
As a preparation specialist, you'll ensure all items are correctly registered in NOTE's business system by carefully checking and entering technical data related to components. You'll then translate customer drawings and documentation into clear instructions for production, including how products should be assembled. When production starts, you'll be present from the beginning to ensure instructions are correct and properly interpreted. If adjustments are needed, you'll update instructions accordingly. You'll then take ongoing responsibility for the product throughout its lifecycle, managing changes and addressing production queries.
You'll have many important contact points, collaborating with the project group, purchasing, and customers to ensure all details are accurate. You play a crucial role in preparatory work and contribute to smooth production.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in electronics/mechanics/production/purchasing
• Excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics AX is advantageous
