What will my tasks be? 🔌 As a project coordinator, you are a key player in our projects within the voltage range of 0.4-36 kV. You will drive preparations for new construction, reconstruction, maintenance, and service. The role is broad and involves technical responsibility, coordination with clients and authorities, and practical planning. You will support projects with planning and risk assessments, ensuring that both our own staff and contractors have the right skills and access. You are a crucial link between technology, safety, and coordination; here you will have the opportunity to influence the entire chain from planning to implementation. Specifically, the work involves:
- Project design and detailed planning in consultation with the customer
- Establishing work instructions, checklists, and work orders
- Material ordering and resource booking
- Handling traffic management plans and permits
- Contacts with landowners, authorities, and subcontractors
- Establishing outage planning and coordinating joint construction projects
- Participating in startup meetings and ensuring quality throughout the project
A significant part of the work involves keeping all reporting and documentation updated and ensuring that additional and changed work is handled correctly. You will be part of a new department and play an important role in Eltel's initiative to develop our offering in electricity distribution. Travel is involved in this position.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Technical high school education in electricity or equivalent
- Alternatively, a relevant project designer education in electrical power or equivalent work experience
- Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
- Class B driver's license
It is highly meritorious if you have:
- Experience in local network project design within the electrical grid
- Experience in contract work, project activities, and/or investment activities
- Training/certification in EBR, BAS-P/BAS-U
- Experience as a distribution electrician
If you have experience and/or interest in HSEQ issues, there may be opportunities for development in this area in the future.

- The position is a permanent full-time employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
