Computational Engineer for Technical Projects

Here you will work closely with designers and project managers, from initial concept to finished equipment. 👉 Your Assignment • Perform strength calculations and finite element method (FEM) simulations • Participate in projects with varying calculation assignments • Verify mechanical strength according to applicable standards • Plan, follow up, and optimize calculation work • Support colleagues and contribute your expertise in design issues ✅ We Are Looking for Someone Who Must-Have Requirements • Holds a Master's degree in mechanical or civil engineering with a focus on calculations • Has experience with mechanical design and calculation work according to Eurocode • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Meritorious • Knowledge of machine safety, AFS, and CE marking • Experience with cable manufacturing and cable handling • Familiarity with WindChill, SolidWorks, and/or Ansys 📍 Scope Full-time, 100%. Work will be on-site in Karlskrona. 📅 Assignment Period 10 November 2025 – 10 May 2026.
