Computational Engineer - Structural Analysis

You will work within our business area, Hardware & Design, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach—to develop physical products and digital experiences from concept to large-scale production. **Job Responsibilities** As a simulation engineer with us, you will support product development projects with your expertise in structural analysis and be involved in the development process to ensure that requirements and specifications are met. The assignments vary in size and are performed either in-house at Knightec Group or at one of our clients' locations. **Qualifications** We are looking for someone who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges and analyzing them. You like to work with the team to break down these challenges to reach the best solution. In addition to your personal qualities, we require that you have: • Relevant university degree • At least 5 years of experience working with technical calculations • Experience with software such as Ansa, LS-Dyna, Ansys, Abaqus, Hypermesh, or equivalent • Experience working with manual calculations • Good knowledge of solid mechanics and the application of finite element methods • Fluency in Swedish and English **An Exciting Journey with Knightec Group** Semcon and Knightec have merged to form Knightec Group.
