The Cardiology Clinic at Linköping University Hospital, part of the Heart Center (HC), is now seeking a dedicated Staffing Coordinator. Job Description We are looking for someone to join our staffing team, responsible for scheduling our teams of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, dietitians, and social workers. The role involves independently planning both long-term and short-term schedules, managing ongoing changes, and ensuring effective staffing. You will become one of the key individuals in our work to coordinate basic schedules, orientations, training days, and you will serve as managerial support in staffing matters. We use the scheduling tool Tessa – training and support will be provided by us. Work Group The work group collaborates closely and has both shared responsibilities and individual areas of responsibility, such as physician staffing and scheduling for other groups. About You Experience in scheduling both short-term and long-term is desirable, as well as familiarity with TESSA and SD-Worx or Heroma. - You have experience in healthcare and a relevant educational background. - You have experience in scheduling or similar planning and logistics work (preferable). - You are accustomed to working independently, taking initiative, and solving complex problems. - You have good IT skills and can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish. - Experience with the scheduling system Tessa is a plus.
