Then you should work with us! **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are in need of substitutes for all our preschools in Pajala central town, Sattajärvi, Korpilombolo, and Tärendö. Working as a substitute means that you play an important role by replacing regular staff during their absence. Typically, you will be booked for work at short notice and will have the opportunity to work at several different locations. As a substitute, you are engaged, proactive, and interested in performing educational work in accordance with the preschool curriculum. You stimulate children's curiosity, challenge their abilities, and give them influence over their learning. In your work, you collaborate with children, colleagues, and parents in a professional manner. We use Time Care Pool (TCP), which is Pajala Municipality's digital substitute management system. As a substitute, you have a personal calendar where you indicate which days and times you want to work. Your available time is matched against our operations' need for substitutes. If we find a match, you will receive a request and then be booked, after which you will receive an SMS with information about your assignment. Your working hours are determined by the needs of the operations. **QUALIFICATIONS** To work as a substitute, you must have completed secondary education with final grades. Work experience and/or relevant education is an advantage. Your background will determine the type of employment and position you hold as a substitute. It is advantageous if you have a driver's license and regular access to a car. As a person, you are flexible, enjoy a varied environment, and are responsible. You have a positive attitude, can take initiative, and find it easy to collaborate. Those offered employment must, as required by the Education Act (2010:800), provide a current extract from the criminal record (according to the law 1998:620 on criminal records).
