We are now seeking someone who wants to work with and continue developing staffing within elderly care!
Staffing Responsibilities
As a Staffing Assistant, you will work with a colleague to manage vacancies from our facilities through our staffing system. You will coordinate and book both hourly temporary staff and permanent resource pool employees for various shifts according to established routines. As we are developing our digital staffing support systems, you should be interested in and experienced with working in various digital platforms.
You will be the critical link between our facilities and temporary staff. You must be attentive and ensure facilities are staffed with the right competencies while guaranteeing that temporary staff receive proper introduction and information for their assigned tasks. Your role includes ensuring scheduling complies with labor laws and collective agreements. Managing staffing during holiday periods throughout the year is also part of the unit's responsibilities.
Our staffing team is a tight-knit group passionate about their work and supportive of each other. The work is largely independent, with team members taking significant responsibility for achieving unit goals. Working hours are scheduled day and weekend (currently every other) between 07:00-16:00.
Qualifications

Additional Desirable Qualifications:
• Experience in customer service-oriented roles
• Strong service orientation and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in digital systems
• Comfort using telephone as a primary work tool
We expect a high school diploma. Previous experience with scheduling systems and staffing is preferred.
We will place significant emphasis on personal suitability. A probationary period may be applied.
