At Inre Kraft i Norr AB, we are currently seeking a new colleague for our staffing unit, starting in mid-January. Since the position requires a thorough introduction, we hope you can start as soon as possible.
In this role, you will work with the team to manage short-term absences at Inre Kraft and our sister companies across the country. This means that every day, you will ensure that our clients receive their services – something that is crucial for their lives and security. Therefore, the job requires high accuracy, structure, and a strong ability to deliver at the highest level, even under pressure.
You will need to handle rapid changes and make well-informed decisions within given frameworks, often under time constraints. You must be comfortable taking initiative, driving your work forward, and acting independently when the situation demands it. At the same time, you are someone who enjoys interacting with people, communicates clearly, and approaches both clients and colleagues with professionalism.
You will become part of a close-knit team that supports, encourages, and helps each other – but where you are also expected to take responsibility for your part of the work. Previous experience in customer service or computer work is an advantage.
Our work takes place every day of the year, and since the assignment is time-critical, we are looking for someone who is prepared for shift work and can work both days and evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position is based in Boden.
