Temporary Staff Needed for Our Client Assignments in Falkenberg

About the assignments: Do you want a flexible and meaningful job where you can make a difference in people's everyday lives? We are currently seeking on-call personal assistants for our clients in Falkenberg. As an on-call employee, you will work in the absence of the regular assistant, for example, during illness or leave. This means that you may sometimes be called in on short notice – a perfect part-time job for those who want to combine it with studies, other work, or retirement. Our clients have varying needs, but what they have in common is that the role of a personal assistant involves supporting a person in their daily life – at home, during leisure time, and sometimes even at work or school. The tasks vary but can include everything from personal care to social support, practical tasks, and active participation in the client's interests. We are looking for someone who: • Is responsible, flexible, and attentive • Has good empathetic skills and enjoys helping others • Is independent but also a good team player • Has good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written • Holds a driver's license – beneficial but not always a requirement Previous experience as a personal assistant or in care and support is advantageous but not mandatory. We value the right attitude, so training and orientation will be provided at the start. Working hours: Hourly employment as needed, day, evening, night, and weekend – as agreed upon.
