Job Description Do you want to help create life-changing differences for vulnerable individuals? Then the position of Treatment Coordinator in our Kornhall department in Harestad is for you. The foundation of our treatment work is to motivate individuals towards new and less destructive ways of living. You will work in a team of dedicated colleagues, and with your combined expertise, you will have the opportunity to achieve positive results. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will plan, implement, and follow up on program activities. You will conduct treatment conversations and have specific responsibilities for documentation and the forms and instruments used in treatment. You will collaborate with various functions regarding mapping, establishing, and following up on treatment plans. The role of Treatment Coordinator also includes additional responsibilities for mentoring new employees and interns. A key shared mission for all staff is to contribute to creating a safe environment and ensuring that security at the institution is maintained according to procedures. Qualifications Your personal suitability is key to life-changing transformations. Therefore, you need to have a strong ability to create engagement and participation. Equally important is that you possess a solid positive view of humanity, are empathetic, and can build good relationships. You have strong communication skills and can remain calm even in pressured situations. You also have a good ability to collaborate with others and are willing to share your knowledge with colleagues. In your role as Treatment Coordinator, you will have individual responsibility for several interventions in the treatment plan, as well as responsibilities within the department that require experience and the ability to coordinate that work. You need to be capable of planning and structuring your work, working independently, and taking initiative. Since the treatment work is documented and discussed with various stakeholders, high demands are placed on proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
