Treatment Staff at HVB

We are looking for dedicated and professional treatment staff for Tallbacken HVB. Here, you will have the opportunity to play an important role in creating safety and development for our youth. The responsibilities include supporting and motivating the young people in their daily lives, establishing and maintaining secure relationships, conducting individual conversations and providing practical support, planning and implementing activities, documentation according to current guidelines, collaborating with guardians, authorities, and other stakeholders, as well as participating in quality work. We are seeking candidates who have training as a social pedagogue or equivalent education and possess a strong ability to create stability and clarity in interactions with young people. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, a valid driver's license (B), and experience working in HVB or with the target group are required.
