About this role
We are looking for a person based at our office in Eskilstuna who will work at two of our facilities: Roxnäs and the supported housing unit. We often experience a shortage of staff and need to strengthen our team with another star. Roxnäs is a treatment center for individuals aged 18–30 with issues related to addiction, criminal behavior, and mental health.
The treatment is based on a 12-step program with specific elements of CBT. The treatment includes structured activities such as morning and evening meetings, lectures, therapy groups, motivational interviewing, individual tasks, group presentations, AA/NA meetings, and physical exercise. In addition to a structured weekly schedule with daily lectures, we also offer organized leisure activities and weekend events.
In the supported housing service, we identify the need for support in various areas of life and, together with the individual, plan how the support will be implemented. The support is followed up in collaboration with the referring social services. Support may include:
• Motivational and safety-oriented conversations
• ADL assessments
• Educational support in daily living
• Community information
• Assistance in contacts with authorities and other community organizations
• Help in maintaining and, if necessary, establishing social relationships
• Activities that can contribute to meaningful leisure time
• Regular supervision in the individual's own residence
