Do you want to help create vital change for vulnerable people? Then the job as a treatment pedagogue-night at SiS is a meaningful challenge. We often encounter people in crisis, which means you will work with qualified care and motivational work. With support from your knowledge in care and treatment work, you actively contribute to fulfilling treatment plans. Documentation is an important part of your work, contributing to legal certainty, planning, and follow-up of our operations. You help maintain safety according to our routines. The work may also include mentoring new employees and interns. This is a job for someone who sees a positive challenge in working with vulnerable people in a difficult life situation. The job is often demanding but also stimulating, joyful, and varied.

Working hours are scheduled according to 75% night shifts.
As a new employee, you will undergo SiS's 10-week basic training. The training alternates between theory and supervised introduction, equipping you for the treatment role in SiS's operations.
Qualifications
To succeed in your work, you have a deeply rooted positive view of people. You are motivated to help people in a vulnerable life situation and share SiS's core value of being a place for change. Furthermore, you have a good ability to create engagement and participation among our youth. As a person, you are confident and easily create relationships with both youth and other staff members. You have good communication skills and can remain calm even in pressured situations. You easily collaborate with others and can handle conflicts constructively.
You should also have:
• Diploma from a 2-year post-secondary education at folk high school or vocational college with a focus on social/pedagogical treatment work, or an equivalent college education
• B driver's license
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Meritorious experience:
• Experience working with people in vulnerable life situations, e.g., work in psychiatry or LSS care
• Experience from client-facing positions in the Criminal Justice System, e.g., Correctional Officer
• Education in healthcare and care
• Experience working with our target group

Employment:
The position is a permanent employment at 75% night shift and begins with a six-month probationary period.
Start date by agreement.
