About the Position As a treatment leader at Samskapa, you are responsible for assessing enrolled youth's challenges and designing individual care. The role includes quality assuring the youth's journey, coordinating, following up and improving care interventions, and guiding and coaching treatment staff in daily work and planned interventions. As a treatment leader, you lead Samskapa meetings, establish implementation plans, and may also conduct individual therapy sessions with placed youth. You are employed at Samskapa's competence center but work closely with unit managers. Our target group is children and youth of varying ages who, in addition to social challenges, often have neuropsychiatric diagnoses and/or difficulties regulating behavior. Aggressive behavior and anxiety issues are common, so it is crucial that you can remain calm and clear-headed even in pressured situations. The work also involves ensuring that work with youth is conducted in accordance with laws and requirements. Requirements • Post-secondary education of at least 3 years in social work, such as social worker or behavioral scientist • Experience in youth treatment work • Experience guiding/training/coaching others in treatment work • Experience coordinating, following up, and improving care interventions • Basic knowledge of BBiC and low-affective approach • Excellent Swedish language skills, spoken and written • B driver's license Meriting • Step 1 CBT training • Training in TMO, TF-CBT and/or other method training related to the target group • Previous work at residential care homes • Previous leadership role • Experience designing care and implementation plans and conducting individual treatment sessions • Knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses • Knowledge of Journal Digital system • Instructor/trainer in a method related to the target group You also have • Well-developed competence in approach adapted to the specific target group • Ability to apply approaches and methods used in the operation • Ability to synthesize different perspectives and opinions • Ability to make staff work in sync and motivate goal-oriented work • Ability to see progress in complex problems • Good ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Personal Qualities To succeed in the role, we seek someone with genuine interest in social work and a desire to develop. You enjoy working close to operations and easily collaborate with managers, treatment pedagogues, other treatment leaders, and external contacts.
