We are seeking candidates with relevant higher education and/or 2-year vocational education, as well as experience in social work and treatment.
Additional qualifications include training in CBT, DBT, ART, MI, rePulse, ADAD, UngDok, TBA, and other CBT programs. We place significant emphasis on personal qualities and suitability. You should be experienced in working with implementation plans.
We are looking for someone with personal maturity, high self-control, self-awareness, and a professional approach. As an individual, you should be attentive, responsible, independent, patient, stress-resistant, and able to set boundaries and work systematically.
You are a good adult role model driven by creating positive and lasting change in young people's lives. You recognize each youth's potential and can motivate and engage them.
Working with vulnerable and sometimes acting-out youth requires strong pedagogical skills and a low-affective approach. You should be flexible and solution-focused in an environment where changes can occur quickly. The work also demands high precision and a strong safety mindset.
You must be professional when representing our organization and able to adhere to workplace routines and methods while remaining humble about your tasks.
We seek candidates willing to work on a rotating schedule, including weekend, day, and night shifts.
Your responsibilities include treatment work based on individual implementation plans, journaling, and documentation. Together with other treatment staff, you will help create a familiar, safe, and developmental environment with clear structure and predictability. You must inspire trust and be clear in your adult role. You will serve as a contact person responsible for one or more youth, collaborating with their families/networks, social services, and other authorities.
As a family-like home with a homely environment, some household work is included, such as cooking, shopping, cleaning, etc.
We operate based on our core values: respect, care, and clarity.
You will join an engaged team in a cozy, family-like environment. This is meaningful and stimulating work where you can make a difference.
Continuous supervision from a licensed psychologist is provided, along with further training in programs and methods used, such as MI, rePulse, and CBT.
