Safe HVB Homes:
A smaller residence with 8 placements located in Helsingborg. Our operations target young individuals (boys) with emerging psychosocial issues, where there is a risk of criminal behavior, substance abuse, and self-harm. The target group is aged 14-19. Our HVB homes accept placements from both SOL and LVU.
Job Responsibilities:
At tryggahvbhem, you will work with:
• Documentation such as record-keeping, implementation plans, monthly reports, etc.
• Planning, collaborating, executing, and documenting meetings with social services and other authorities, healthcare contacts, schools, and networks.
• Working preventively, both verbally and in writing, with risk assessments.
• Carrying out everyday tasks.
Who You Are:
We are looking for someone with prior experience working with individuals in difficult life situations, who is confident and balanced with a focus on the well-being of the youth. As a person, you are solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook, are resilient under stress, and possess the ability to work in a sometimes challenging psychosocial work environment. To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have an easy time building relationships and possess good collaboration skills.
You have at least a 2-year post-secondary education such as treatment/social pedagogy.

- Required education: Social Work and Care
- Post-secondary education of two years or longer.
