About Viljan Freja Viljan Freja welcomes boys and girls aged 13-18 with psychosocial issues. The operation is conducted in a homelike villa on the outskirts of central Gothenburg, with schools and sports facilities within walking distance. We are now looking forward to welcoming new substitute staff who want to work with us as needed. About the Role of Treatment Assistant The responsibilities for this position revolve around supporting the youth in their daily lives and personal development based on an active care plan. The work is a combination of support and guidance, documentation and reporting, practical assistance, and activity coordination, as well as collaboration with guardians and authorities. Together with us, you will work in a team and be responsible for creating a safe and structured environment for the youth. You should be willing to invest in your own learning and professional development and actively contribute to the development of both your own and our operations. You support, motivate, and encourage the youth and help them lead good and independent lives. Together, you will engage in practical daily activities, such as practicing everyday tasks. You will assist in contacts with guardians, social services, and other stakeholders. You serve as a support for the youth and together develop strategies to achieve everyday goals. Qualifications You are relationship-oriented and have a good ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You possess problem-solving analytical skills, work well with complex issues, and can quickly analyze situations and make decisions. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner, enjoying cooperation with other professionals, always keeping the individual in focus. The work involves meeting people in crisis and/or with difficult life situations, so it is very important that you can see opportunities, convey hope, and meet people respectfully. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Requirements: • Educated social pedagogue or 400 YHP treatment pedagogue. • B driver's license. • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. • Experience from HVB (home for care and accommodation). • A genuine desire to work with young people and make a positive difference in their lives. • Flexible, responsible, and possess good collaboration skills. Meritorious: • Higher education as a social worker, behavioral scientist, or other education deemed relevant.
