JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
HVB Väster has three full-time care placements with accommodation and daily care. One of the placements is an emergency placement where youth can be placed for up to eight weeks while awaiting another placement. The target group is girls aged 13-17 with norm-breaking behavior, neurodevelopmental disorders, or behavior similar to neurodevelopmental disorder symptoms.
At HVB Väster, we work collectively on daily change processes by taking responsibility for and implementing agreed-upon methods, daily living skills training, support in contact with healthcare and other authorities, and in social interactions. Each placed girl has a contact person who also conducts regular structured conversations with them. The goal of care at HVB Väster is to provide support, help, and guidance during placement to create conditions for the youth's change process and enable them to live an independent life in the future.
We are now seeking a person to work night shifts on weekdays from January through May at 57.16%.
Interviews will be conducted continuously during the application period.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
At least a two-year post-secondary education in a relevant field.
Driver's License
B-class driver's license is required
Work Experience
Experience working with similar tasks previously.
