WeMind HVB is a subsidiary of WeMind Psychiatry that operates treatment homes for young boys with mental health challenges. We are located on a fantastic farm in Gålö, Haninge municipality.

Working as a Treatment Assistant at WeMind HVB
As a treatment assistant, you will primarily work supporting youth in their daily routines. This primarily means becoming an important person for implementing our interaction strategies, one of the most crucial parts of our treatment model. Practically, the work involves being available to plan and carry out leisure activities, support school and occupation implementation, and assist with daily routines like waking up/bedtime, activities, and meals. Those who show interest and aptitude can also help with planned treatment elements in collaboration with our psychologists and/or serve as a contact person with expanded responsibility in network work.
We are located on a fantastic farm in Gålö, Haninge municipality. The position involves daytime work on a rotating 6-week schedule with shifts on weekdays and weekends.

About You
Qualifications
We are seeking an engaged, solution-focused individual with a genuine interest in people. We prefer a patient person with good knowledge of practical treatment work with youth.
Requirements:
• 2-year post-secondary education in social work, social pedagogy, or behavioral science (full-time, certificate required)
• Class B driver's license
• Criminal record extract
Meritorious:
• Work experience in LSS housing or equivalent setting
• Work experience in treatment homes or equivalent setting
We are now seeking a trained treatment assistant interested in joining our work team. Here, you'll have the chance to work with highly specialized colleagues in a wonderful work environment. You will learn and work based on our treatment methods focused on ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). We do not expect you to be an ABA expert before starting, but to have a willingness and curiosity to learn more about the method.
