Treatment Assistant

About the Job Do you want to make a difference for young women and men dealing with trauma and harmful substance use? Villa Hilleröd HVB is part of the Västerbo care chain and is located in Slottsstaden, Malmö. We provide care and treatment for young women and men aged 18–28 who are experiencing trauma, co-occurring disorders, and harmful substance use. We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced treatment assistant who wants to be part of our interdisciplinary team. About the Position As a treatment assistant, you will work closely with clients in their daily lives and play a vital role in the treatment environment. You will actively participate in the daily structure and collaborate with psychologists and other treatment staff. The working hours include evenings, nights, and weekends. We are looking for someone who: • Has education as a social pedagogue, social worker, or equivalent • Has experience working with trauma, substance abuse/harmful use, and mental health issues • Is confident, relationship-building, and professional in interactions with our clients • Thrives in a dynamic team where you contribute both structure and engagement • It is an advantage if you have training in A-CRA, CRA, MET, and ÅP.
