Video at https://youtu.be/VnvQMbiYE3U Description As a treatment professional focusing on change and treatment work for families, children, youth, and adults on assignment from investigating social workers. You will also receive assignments for IUB interventions without needs assessment according to the new Social Services Act, where the individual describes their support needs. The work aims to provide the target group with tools to live as independently as possible and feel involved in society. We will work to support children, youth, and families in improving relationships and offering a safe home environment. Our unit works intensively on development, innovation, and has a strong user focus. The Resource Team is a service unit consisting of various competencies working specifically on family or adult treatment. We also have a unit called Family House, which works preventively with children and parents. Family foster care secretaries also complement and are part of the Resource Team. We maintain a flexible approach where we collectively customize interventions within the Resource Team, utilizing everyone's competencies. We continuously develop our skills to meet the target group's needs. Work Tasks Treatment content is tailored to individual needs. Tasks include individual and group treatment. The assignment involves working flexibly and proactively, offering treatment interventions both in home environments and our facilities based on needs. Development work, collaboration, and documentation through journal notes and summaries are important parts of the position. Work is performed independently and together with colleagues in the Resource Team, primarily during daytime hours. Evening work is also part of the position. Qualifications We are seeking candidates with a social pedagogy or behavioral science degree, or another relevant college degree that the employer deems equivalent. Experience with similar tasks is meritorious but not required. As a person, you are flexible, stable, structured, and provide users with the support they need to progress in their change process. Good communication and collaboration skills are important for the position. You have a positive demeanor and are good at inspiring and motivating others. Personal suitability is highly valued.
