We are looking for someone who has:
• A relevant higher education degree in fields such as psychology, social work, psychotherapy, or another equivalent discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of self-destructive behaviors and long-term difficulties in relationships and emotional regulation.
• Documented experience working with methods that promote emotional stability, crisis management, and safer relational patterns.
• A strong ability to manage intense emotional expressions and challenging situations with calmness and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (B category).

Scope: Approximately 85%
Location: Hörby
Working hours: Rotating schedule, day and night shifts
Start: Immediately
Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month applied probationary period.
