About this role

We are now seeking a Treatment Specialist to join our team at Berglunda. At Berglunda, we are in the midst of an exciting transformation, expanding our treatment content to meet the needs of our target group. About Berglunda Berglunda is a residential care facility welcoming individuals 20 years and older with mental disabilities, including those with combined substance abuse issues. We work towards long-term goals focusing on strengthening individual strengths, on behalf of municipalities and the Swedish Prison and Probation Service. Our current evidence-based treatment methods include Relapse Prevention, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and ESL (An Independent Life). About the Role As a Treatment Specialist, you will work in a team with multiple professionals. Your tasks include providing support and treatment to clients in psychiatric rehabilitation and daily activities. You will plan and implement treatment interventions, document these in implementation plans, report treatment outcomes to clients, and continuously document treatment progress in journals. You will also receive delegation to manage and distribute medication, with previous experience being advantageous. As Berglunda's treatment content is being strengthened, you will have the opportunity to participate in and influence the organization's continued development. It is crucial that this interests you. Having an interest in acquiring new knowledge and methods and applying them in work with clients is essential for thriving in this role. Working hours are during day, evening, and every other weekend. Your Experience and Knowledge We are seeking candidates with a degree in social work, behavioral science, or an equivalent education as assessed by the employer. Alternatively, a 2-year vocational higher education diploma in social pedagogy or treatment pedagogy is acceptable. Additional qualifications in MI, Relapse Prevention, An Independent Life (ESL), ASI, or CRA, with a background in psychiatric care or treatment of harmful use/dependency are meritorious. Excellent Swedish language skills (verbal and written), computer proficiency, and documentation experience are required.
