JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a therapist for Nyängen Open Care Clinic! Nyängen is part of the outpatient care within Enköping Municipality's Social Administration. We provide treatment for individuals with harmful use and dependence, domestic violence, and support for relatives. Treatment is offered both individually and in groups. We accept clients through open intake and referrals. As a therapist in outpatient care, your main responsibilities will include conducting motivational and change work based on evidence-based methods. The role of a therapist is both varied and developmental. Collaboration is an essential part of the mission and occurs within the administration and with external actors, such as psychiatry and addiction care. The staff group consists of seven competent therapists who have a positive attitude and enjoy their work, a team leader who guides employees in their daily tasks, and a department manager. The role includes ongoing documentation in the journal system and follow-up of interventions, as well as work with information and training, which requires a good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish. The staff group receives regular supervision and continuous internal and external training. You will actively participate in the development work of the organization. We welcome your application! QUALIFICATIONS Social educator, behavioral scientist, social worker, or another higher education degree in social work that the employer deems equivalent. Previous experience in similar work is particularly meritorious. Training/experience in MI, CBT, CRA is advantageous. A valid driver's license (B category). Some driving is included in the position.
