The Resource Team is the part of social services that implements interventions decided by the Children and Youth and Adult Units.
We work with preventive interventions, and our operations include open preschool, upcoming family center, foster care secretary, and IUB intervention without needs assessment.
Job Responsibilities
As Lead Therapist, you will be responsible for leading and distributing daily work, as well as providing support and guidance both individually and in groups. Your assignment is to be a close and accessible decision-support resource.
You will support the analysis, processing, planning, and implementation of therapists' cases to arrive at legally sound assessments and decisions about intervention implementation, ensuring compliance with decisions and documentation according to applicable legislation and delegation order, with the individual's best interests in focus. When needed, you will provide support for colleagues in difficult conversations/meetings with users and clients. You are also responsible for methodological guidance and development within the operational area. You will introduce new employees to operational work, together with other Resource Team members.
You will implement work methods based on the new Social Services Act, which introduces new organizational work approaches.
As Lead Therapist, you will closely collaborate with the unit manager and participate in quality and development work. In your role, you will be responsible for implementing and conducting development work in the Resource Team work groups. The Lead Therapist role may involve representing the Resource Team in various contexts.
Qualifications
You are clear in your communication and able to prioritize work tasks. This requires good skills in structuring your own and others' work. You can drive processes forward and have a coaching approach. We value high collaboration abilities and relationship-building skills. Since the work involves significant communication and documentation, it is required that you can express yourself well verbally and in writing and have good documentation capabilities. You should be experienced in speaking and conveying messages to groups of various sizes. We value a positive attitude and active employee engagement.
As a person, you are confident, stable, stress-resistant, and demonstrate empathy even in complex situations.
Bachelor's degree in social work or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
Conditions
A personal car driver's license is required for this position.
This is a permanent full-time position with start date by agreement.
