BE Group Seeks Sales Manager for Eastern Region

Responsibilities:
As our new Sales Manager for the Eastern Region, you will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met within the region. You will work strategically to identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives that support the company's overall goals.
The role also includes:
* Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies for the region
* Leading, motivating, and developing the sales team
* Managing personal customer responsibilities, including new customer acquisition
* Ensuring budgeted sales goals are met and reporting results to the Sales Manager Sweden
* Identifying new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships
* Participating in and representing the company at industry trade shows and events
* Being part of the sales management group with other regional managers
The assignment involves travel within and outside the region.
You are expected to be physically present at the office in Norrköping to lead and motivate the team.
Who are you?
We are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about developing and motivating sales teams. You have technical understanding, B2B sales experience, and enjoy customer interactions. You likely have a college degree in economics, sales, marketing, or similar. Additional leadership and sales training is meritorious.

* Experienced with ERP and business systems
For this role, you need:
* Several years of technical sales experience, preferably in construction or industry
* Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
* B driver's license
