Bartender and Barback at O'Learys Tolv!

We have a complete activity center with everything from underwater-themed bowling to adventure golf featuring Stockholm backdrops in a vibrant format. About the position as Barback Your tasks will include: · Restocking the bar with drinks, glasses, and other supplies. · Clearing dishes and carrying glasses, etc. · Keeping the workspace clean and organized. · Supporting bartenders with whatever is needed during the shift. Lifting heavy items may occur. Qualifications for Barback · A positive and friendly attitude. · Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. · Previous experience in the service industry is advantageous but not required. About the position as Bartender We are now looking for extra bartending staff for the autumn events, kick-offs, and upcoming holiday parties. As a bartender with us, you will manage your station either independently or alongside a colleague and strive to ensure every guest has a fantastic experience. Your duties will include: · Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. · Engaging with guests in a professional and friendly manner, offering recommendations and providing excellent service. · Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. · Handling the cash register. Lifting heavy items may occur. Qualifications for Bartender We wish that you, the applicant, have: · At least two years of experience in bartending. · Good knowledge of classic and modern cocktails. · Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. · Experience from O'Learys operations or other franchise operations is an advantage. Personal characteristics We are looking for someone with a strong service focus who excels at building good relationships. You need to be stress-resistant, flexible, and capable of handling a high turnover of guests in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working in a team and readily lend support wherever it is needed, whether that means helping a colleague or solving unexpected problems.
