Part-time Bartender

Biljardpalatset is now looking for several outgoing bartenders who wish to advance their careers at one of Gothenburg's most versatile and quirky establishments. We are seeking individuals who work well in a team and are driven by providing both colleagues and guests with a magical evening! As a colleague at Biljardpalatset, you will not have a fixed station; instead, you should have the willingness to work wherever needed at the moment. A basic knowledge of both bar and restaurant operations is required—anything else geeky we will teach you along the way. Our fridges are packed with beer, our wine list boasts over 200 entries, and our spirits cabinet has unexpected depth! While that is certainly exciting, you also appreciate structure and have a strong desire to move your workplace forward, understanding the importance of economics. Biljardpalatset has high goals regarding quality and development, and we want everyone to contribute with their unique skills. You have a strong personality that you're willing to express while working. We already have significant expertise among our bartenders, who will provide valuable support from your very first day. We are looking for someone to assist on weekends and weekdays, and for the right person, there are additional shifts available as we are open every day of the week.
