**Requirements for the position**
To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to:
- Speak fluent Swedish
- Communication and clarity are crucial for creating safety for both children and parents.
- Have experience with children
- You feel comfortable leading, supporting, and building relationships with children of various ages.
- Have experience with NPF (e.g., autism, ADHD, Tourette's syndrome, language disorders)
- You understand the importance of structure, predictability, and individual adaptation.
- Have a low-arousal approach
- You are calm, confident, and can maintain a stable emotional tone even in challenging situations.
**Meritorious**
It is advantageous if you also have:
- Knowledge of visual support
- Knowledge of sign language (TAKK)
- A driver's license
- Experience with clarifying pedagogy

NPF stands for neuropsychiatric disabilities, and the most common disabilities are: ADHD, Autism, ADD, ASD, Tourette's syndrome, and language disorders. Our goal is to help as many as possible with special needs, and therefore you will undergo internal training in NPF before starting your first assignment.
