About the assignment
A family in Saltsjö-Boo with two children, ages 10 months and 3–4 years, is seeking assistance with childcare 1–2 times per week. The family primarily needs help on weekends, weekday evenings, as well as for date nights or occasional needs, with the earliest start time at 10:00 AM and shifts lasting approximately 5 hours.

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, so we open up for individual salary setting for anyone with a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we offer a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
