We are currently seeking a childcare worker, preferably with a few years of experience in preschool settings. You should enjoy pedagogical work with children and value close collaboration with colleagues in the team. As we focus on language and communication through various creative activities, it is important that you enjoy working creatively alongside children. If you have knowledge of any of our profile languages—English, Spanish, German, or French—it is a great asset, but not a requirement. Proficiency in Swedish, both written and spoken, is essential as it is the foundational language we use.
Every morning and afternoon, you will lead a group of 5-6 children in language and creative activities, working thematically. The children in all our departments are aged 1-5 years, making the caregiving aspect very important. We place great emphasis on ensuring that the children feel secure here, so you need to actively work on building good relationships with the children and their guardians. You should have strong social skills, enjoy being in an environment with many people, and be prepared to take responsibility for the children and various tasks. Flexibility and a willingness to work in different teams with us are essential.
In collaboration and dialogue with colleagues, children, and guardians, you will develop educational environments and activities using a curious and reflective approach. Documentation is always a part of our work, so you should be familiar with how to use pedagogical documentation to make children's learning visible.

The position is intended to commence on January 7, 2026, but can be adjusted to another date by mutual agreement. A criminal record check from the police must be presented upon employment in accordance with the suitability control law.
