The preschool consists of 4 departments: two for younger children and two for older children. The preschool has close collaboration among departments where all children are seen as everyone’s children. We also cooperate within the area between our preschools. The preschool has received the award "School for Sustainable Development," where we work with sustainability in both learning and for the environment. **Responsibilities** As a preschool assistant, you will work based on the curriculum's mandate together with preschool teachers. Together with your team, you will actively and systematically engage in pedagogical planning, observation, documentation, reflection, follow-up, and analysis. Alongside preschool teachers, you will create a strong foundation for children's development and learning based on a stimulating and creative learning environment. In your work with the children, you will have access to various interactive tools to achieve the goals of the curriculum. Your approach is based on being a cheerful, close, and co-exploring educator with the children. You should have a trusting and close collaboration with guardians and colleagues. **Qualifications** We are looking for someone with preschool assistant training and good insight into the preschool's educational mission, as well as the competence to work with digital tools for documentation purposes. You have a pedagogical perspective that combines professional care, education, and teaching. Your collaboration is grounded in the values of the curriculum and the municipality, where you work with a focus on people, development, respect, joy in work, and cooperation. You have a positive attitude and are solution-focused, with the ability to adapt and meet everyday challenges in ways that may differ from the original plan.
