About the workplace We are now looking for someone to work in Preschool Unit 2 at Växthusets förskola located in Vaggeryd. In Vaggeryd municipality, all preschools operate with a focus on project-based learning and pedagogical documentation as a fundamental approach. ReMida also serves as a platform for collegial learning where educators meet in various networks. About the role As a preschool assistant, you will participate in teaching based on the preschool curriculum to promote children's development and learning. With pedagogical documentation as an approach, it is important to engage in dialogue with children during their play and learning. The role requires a strong ability to build good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, as well as being flexible and taking the initiative. You should have a language-developing approach that promotes play and communication. Qualifications You need to have a preschool assistant qualification or other education/experience that benefits children's development and learning. Personal suitability and the ability to establish good relationships will be given significant importance. You must have proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Other Information In accordance with the Education Act, a criminal record extract is required before employment.
